TARA operates a mobile low cost spay/neuter clinic that operates in Orange and Sullivan Counties. For $70 per cat ($45 per cat for nonprofit 501(c)(3) groups), the clinic provides spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, ear cleaning, nail trim and two-day penicillin shot. More services are available at low cost, including feline distemper vaccination, flea medication, and deworming. If cats are in heat, pregnant or feral there is no additional charge.  By appointment only. Call for schedule and locations.
