Announcing Neighborhood Cats' 1st Valentine's Day cat photo contest

We're seeking great images of felines in love: couples, mom and siblings, siblings and siblings; interspecies relationships are welcome too! Affection, courtship, tenderness and humor know no boundaries! Bonded ferals in your colonies who walk together with their tails entwined? Kittens who can't keep their paws off each other? How about that mush-ball who must be on your lap (around your neck, in your face) whenever you sit down? Send us your best! Photos chosen will win the admiration of your feline friendly peers and more!

Up to 15 photos will be selected for a Valentine's slideshow to be featured on the home page of our website, one of the most popular sites devoted exclusively to feral cats in the U.S., and the top winners will have a special place in our new TNR Handbook, scheduled for release Spring 2012.

Photographers may submit up to three (3) digital images in jpeg format. Color or B&W. No cell phone photos, please.

Files submitted for consideration should not be larger than 2,048k (2Mb). The finalists will be asked to submit a high-resolution file of 300 dpi at 8.5" x 11" in jpeg format.
