Government regulation is approaching - act now!

To the best of our knowledge the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals is now drafting proposed rules which will then be submitted to DOH for their review. 

To help ensure NYC continues to be a place where TNR can flourish please read Neighborhood Cats' proposed regulations and consider them carefully.
