Funding
SpayUSA
SpayUSA offers subsidy funding for the spay/neuter of stray and feral cats in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Subsidies are available to individuals only, not rescue groups or shelters.
United Spay Alliance
Community Cat Grants are available to grassroots TNR groups, rescue organizations and low cost spay/neuter providers. The program aims to help small organizations build their fundraising capacity. Grantees are required to hold their own new fundraiser which is then matched up to $2,000.
Neighborhood Cats
Our Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) funds up to 100% of spay/neuter costs for community cats located in New York City. Participants must be TNR certified. SNAP is supported by the Community Cats Podcast.
Waggle
Waggle provides a crowdfunding platform to help individuals and organizations raise money to cover the costs of essential veterinary treatment for sick and injured pets.

Microsoft
To nonprofits of all sizes, Microsoft offers technology grants, discounts on its products like Microsoft 365, and custom-built solutions. Take the eligibility pre-check and then complete a 10 minute application to gain access.
